How can I receive my order?
You may pick up from the following branches:
- SM Megamall
- BGC Stopover
- Paseo Center
- Glorietta 3
- South Supermarket Alabang
You may also opt for delivery via any express couriers (i.e., Grab Express, Lalamove, TokTok, etc.). Products will come from the branches mentioned above, depending on your location and product availability.
Do you have same day delivery?
Same day delivery is available for select items. To order, you may contact us on Facebook and Instagram or order from food delivery applications such as Grab, FoodPanda, and Pickaroo.
Orders placed through our website, sugarbee.com.ph, will be processed the next day, depending on product availability.

If your address is serviceable via any express couriers (i.e., Grab Express, LalaMove, TokTok, etc.), we may deliver to you.
What are your delivery rates?
Delivery fees are based on the rates provided by the selected express courier, which is dependent on the following conditions:
- Location
- Weight and size of items – items that exceed standard / common dimensions in terms of size and weight will affect its shipping fee
Pick Up - delivery fee will depend on the calculation of the selected express courier
Standard 1 - we offer a fixed rate of Php 000.00 for addresses located in __
Standard 2 - we offer a fixed rate of Php 000.00 for addresses located in __
