General FAQs

Sugarbee is a Filipino-owned dessert company best known for its Dulce de leche and Salted Caramel Cake, Alfajores, Sansrival Chips, and Florentines.

Everything we offer is baked fresh, and we recommend that you consume it immediately.
Cakes, cupcakes, and pies must be kept refrigerated, with up to 7 days shelf-life when chilled.
Alfajores has up to 7 days shelf-life in room temperature and 7 days shelf-life when chilled.
Florentines and fudgies must be kept refrigerated with up to 7 days shelf-life when chilled.
Sansrival Chips has up to 3 weeks shelf-life when chilled.

As much as we encourage personalization, we can only do a simple dedication that can be added to top of some cakes. Please note, however, that this may not be applicable to all cakes. We do not customize cake flavors and toppings.

Candles and ribbons for special occasions and gifting can be made for purchase in the store – just add them to cart!  Gift tags can be requested as well, and we can write on them too! Simply add all your instructions in the note box before you checkout.

Our official online store, SUGARBEE.COM.PH, has the most complete selection with everything Sugarbee has to offer. All orders placed online have a lead time of 2 days, and we guarantee that this is freshly made just for you.

For same day delivery, you may order through GRAB, LALAMOVE or PICKAROO.

We cannot guarantee immediate requests and rush orders, however, you may reach out to us through our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) or you may send us a message so we can check availability for you. Please note that products and prices in store and in our partner apps vary, and they may be subject to change depending on availability.

Online Ordering

Ordering via our official online store, SUGARBEE.COM.PH, is simple: ADD TO CART, FILL IN YOUR DETAILS, and CHECKOUT!

Make sure that all the information that you will provide is accurate and correct, and we would need a working email address and mobile number so we can reach you regarding fulfilling your order.

Bank Deposit payment may be made by bank deposit to our BPI and BDO account. Bank details will be provided upon checkout/confirmation of order.

GCash payment may be made through GCash transfer to our account. Our GCash QR Code will be provided upon checkout/confirmation of order.

To confirm your order, kindly settle full payment upon placing them. We will notify you via email once payment has been confirmed.

Our products may come from multiple locations across the metro. Our delivery coverage is as
follows:

Makati, BGC, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Manila, San Juan, Pasig, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Quezon City, Marikina, Cainta, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela

If your location is not indicated above but is serviceable by any express couriers, you may opt pick up in the checkout.

However, kindly note that delivering to areas out of our recommended delivery coverage will have higher risk of damage. Best if you visit our stores!

DELIVERY: You may opt for delivery via our express couriers (i.e., Grab Express, LalaMove, TokTok, etc.). This means that we will take care of arranging booking for you. The products you ordered will come from the branches mentioned below, depending on your location and product availability.

PICK-UP: You may also opt pick up from any of our branches you select before checkout. This means that you will either come in person to pick up or you will be the one to arrange booking. Please see location and hours page for schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sugarbee cannot guarantee the quality of third-party delivery services. When using these third-party delivery services, you understand the risks involved in maintaining the quality of the cakes. Sugarbee will not replace any cake damaged by the third-party delivery service.

Orders placed through our official online store require a 2 day lead time, with a 2pm cut-off daily.

Requests outside of our regular schedule may be indicated in the note box before checkout, however, this must be placed at least five (5) days in advance.

A representative from the Sugarbee team will get in touch with you once the products are on the way. You may track your order via the provided tracking link of the selected
express courier.

We are unable to accommodate the exact preferred time of delivery due to logistical limitations. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery fees are dependent on area locations and specific conditions such as # of items ordered and sensitivity of products. Your shipping options with rates will be provided before you checkout.

If you are ordering for different people/ multiple addresses, all you need to do is to place an order online per recipient. Kindly provide the complete and correct information of the recipient upon checkout.

You may also add a message to go with your order, just type it in the NOTE box before checkout!

General Terms of Use

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns, exchanges and refunds.

Only orders fully paid are considered confirmed.

Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase of any possible change in delivery schedule. After the 24 hour period, we cannot anymore accommodate a change in schedule or cancel orders.

Picking up your orders? Please make sure to pick up on the given schedule. Failure to pick up is considered a cancelled order and cannot anymore be refunded.
